Critter Couriers Refund Policy

Effective date: March 28, 2025

At Critter Couriers, I strive to ensure your satisfaction with our pet transport, pet sitting, and dog walking services etc. If something doesn't go as planned, here's how our refund policy works:

1.) Cancellation by You

  • Pet Transport: Full refund if canceled 72 Hours before the scheduled pick up. 50% refund for cancellations within 48 hours and not before 24 hours. No refund if canceled 24 hours notice or sooner. 

  • Pet Sitting: Same policy as the pet transport policy is. 

  • Dog walking Full refund if cancelled 48 hours or sooner notice. No refund if given less than 48 hours notice.

  • Extra Service: For a service not listed on here the same rules apply as the Pet taxi/Pet sitting policy is

2.) Cancellation by Us

If we cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g weather/serious illness/car crash) You'll recieve a full refund or a option to reschedule at no extra cost.

3.) Service Issues
  • If you're unsatisfied with a service (e.g pet transport delays, sitting or walking not meeting on agreed terms), contact us within 2 days. We'll review and may offer a full or partial refund, or a service credit, at our discretion.

  • Refunds are not available for pet behavior issues beyond our control (e.g aggression, refusal to be transported)

4.) How Refunds Are Processed
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
  •  Non-refunded amounts (e.g partial cancellations) may be offered as  credit for future services.
